How to get rid of Fibroid with herbal remedies

Fibroid ( Uterine fibroid)  is one of the most common health challenges affecting women of child bearing age.

It  is really a big problem for women.
Presently, medically there is no cure for fibroid and it cannot be prevented.

Various studies have shown that it is more common in blacks than other race.

For now, nobody know why it is so and even what is responsible for it.

Uterine fibroid (UF)  are abnormal growth (tumor) that grows in the muscle of the Uterus. (womb).

Fibroids are more common in:
1. Women who haven’t had children
2. Obese women
3. Black women
4. Women whose relatives have fibroids
5. Women older than 30.

Fibroid may affect the shape and size of the uterus. It may also cause changes in menstrual cycle and ability to get pregnant.

Symptoms depending on the location, size and number of tumors.

They include:

  1. Abdominal pressure.
  2. Lower back pain
  3. Long lasting menstruation with heavy bleeding
  4. Increased menstrual cramping
  5. Increased urination,
  6. Pain during sex.

Some women do not have any symptoms.

Medically, there are different methods of getting rid of it such as

1. Surgery
a. Myomectomy – removal of the fibroid
b. Hysterectomy – removal of the uterus

2. Uterine artery embolization

Uterine artery embolization (UAE) is a procedure to treat fibroids without surgery. During the procedure, the blood supply to the fibroids is cut off. This typically causes the fibroids to shrink.

With these methods, experience have shown that fibroid tends to grow back or if they could not be completely removed, they may continue to grow.

Caesarean section (CS) is not a sin

Agony of a pregnant woman

Over the years, I have observed that many Ministers of God label Caesarean section (Delivery of babies by Surgical operation in the hospital) as an act of lack of faith.

They based their reasons on
Exodus 1:19 (NET)

The midwives said to Pharaoh, “Because the Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women – for the Hebrew women are vigorous; they give birth before the midwife gets to them!”

So it is assumed and expected that every woman that claims to be a child of God should give birth easily.

This approach is vigorously promoted and preached during women programs.

To demonize and label CS as act of sin or lack of faith while accepting other forms of health care services like drugs, immunization, other types of surgical operations is pure double standard.

Child delivery depends on a lot of factors such

1. Health of the mother
2. Health of the unborn child
3. Size of the Pelvis
4. Emergencies
5. Duration of labour
6. To save the life of the mother
7. To save the life of the baby

and other medical reasons.

A woman of God lost her pregnant daughter because she rejected CS, her reason was that God did not tell her that the delivery will be through CS.

A man would have lost his wife if he had insisted on waiting on God for the Hebrew woman experience.

To lose a Wife, Sister, In-law, at point of child delivery is not a good experience and positive testimony.

Ask those who have that experience.

Child delivery is not the place and time for the testing of faith.

Nigeria has one of the highest rate of women dying during labour, let us save lives and not induce religion motivated suicide.

The most important thing is Safe delivery.

That should be our focus and goal.

MSG – Is it safe for men

I stumbled on this research MSG and was shocked about the hamful effects of food seasoning on male fertility. If these researches are true, then a lot of boys that eat food containing this food seasoning would have fertility challenges in future.

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), a sodium salt of glutamic acid is one of the main flavor enhancer used in various food products associated with food in Chinese restaurants. The flavor enhancer comes in common names such as Vedan, Sasa, Ajinomoto, Miwan and Weichaun, among others (Geha et al., 2000).

MSG gives a feeling of special taste (Leung and Foster, 1996). It stimulates taste, enhances and improves appetite (Eweka, 2007).

In large amount it may cause chest pain sensation, facial pressure, headaches, burning sensation, excessive fluid retention and sweating (Xiong et al., 2009), resulting in a condition called “Chinese restaurant syndrome”.

Most Nigerians use MSG to remove stains from fabrics (Kondoh and Torii, 2008). Reports indicated that Mis toxic to human and experizmental animals (Eweka, 2007). Harmful or toxic effects of MSG have been reported in experimental animals and man (Hayes, 1982; Eweka, 2007).

According to Igwebuike et al. (2011), the oral administration of MSG results in lower serum testosterone levels and reduction in the caudal epididymis sperm reserves of male rats. MSG causes testicular hemorrhage, degeneration and alteration of sperm population and morphology (Oforofuo et al., 1997;Das and Ghosh, 2010), hence could lead to infertility. MSG can severely destroy testicular tissues and affect spermatogenesis also causing a decrease in their testicular weight and testicular diameter, reduction in germinal epithelium height, decrease in sperm count and increase in abnormalities of sperm morphology (Das and Ghosh, 2010; Nosseir et al., 2012).

The best advice for men is to avoid food seasoning if they still want to become fathers.

Good lifestyle, Good health
