Now, how do you prepare bitter leaf juice?
Simply squeeze or blend fresh bitter leaf in water and take 1 – 2 glasses of Bitter leaf solution every night, it helps in calming the nerves. Alternatively, you can chew 4 – 5 leaves at night.
Bitter leaves juice can reduce blood sugar and high blood pressure, therefore consult with your health care provider before you use the herb.
